What is driving the price of Ciber (CBR) lately?

How long does it take for the covered call options to respond to a small cap stock such as this?

Ciber meet with analysts and gave very upbeat guidance for the future in terms of revenues and earnings.

I was able to sell a limited amount of Feb. and May $5 calls at decent prices but the liquidity is not good right now for large trades.

CBR closed at $4.04 after hitting an intraday high of $4.15.
Volume was heavy at 1.274 MM shares.
